Information Session and Campus Tour

The best way to picture yourself as an Akron Zip is to visit campus. From learning about our 200
majors and 300+ student organizations to exploring our state-of-the-art facilities and connecting
with friendly UA students and staff, visiting The University of Akron is a great way to get a taste
of the exciting college life that awaits you.

Your University of Akron visit experience will begin with a 30-minute information session with
an admissions counselor. This presentation will go in-depth on the application process, campus
life, scholarships and financial assistance, real world experience, and more.

After the information session, you will take a 90-minute tour of campus with a current student.
While you tour our beautiful campus, your student tour guide will feature the following
locations:

• Student Union
• Student Recreation and Wellness Center
• Residence hall
• Classroom buildings
• Library

After you make your reservation, you will receive confirmation of your visit via email. That
email will include your visit details like directions and parking.
